Founded in 1989 by a small group of Greenwich motorcycle enthusiasts, the club has expanded to include riders from all over Fairfield and Westchester counties and beyond. There are some members in Europe and CA. The common thread that runs through the club is a keen interest in motorcycles and it does not matter which brand. Several members own more than one motorcycle and use them for different purposes.

While the majority meets on Sunday morning for a road ride, we have several members who practice and race on different race tracks across the country. Another group goes dirt riding on Saturday and road riding on Sunday. There is a trials rider. And everyone is encouraged to periodically enroll in a motorcycle safety course. Most of the riders are men but there are a few women who ride their own motorcycles with the group. In addition to local day rides, the club makes three or four extended weekend rides to VT, NH, Maine, Nova Scotia, Baja, SD, and CA. Each year, a two week trip is planned to Europe, India, Australia, or New Zealand.

In addition to riding, the club gets together socially for lunch, picnics, holiday parties, motorcycle shows and art presentations. In mid winter, the club has its annual dinner, a dress up affair with spouses or dates, that has been held every year since 1989. At the dinner, awards are made for such things as: who got lost the most number of times, most tolerant spouse, who bought the most motorcycles in a year, and worse. Even if you didn't like motorcycles, you would like this club.
